LIKE MOTHER, LIKE DAUGHTER!!!

I have ALWAYS had this hard to resist urge to hack off my own bangs instead of just getting them cut in between haircuts, Need I say this rarely goes as planned. I recently have had a lot on my plate-so out came the scissors to save me time. Let's just say the photo here is different only in the fact that it is of a much younger me-the bangs came out about the same. I found this photo in a drawer yesterday while looking for a different photo-my mother did the bang cutting seen in this photo. Who would have ever guessed bad bang behavior was genetic!!

2ND SATURDAYZ IS COMING!!

2ND SATURDAYZ is just around the corner, and I am busy hunting and gathering !! The theme for this show is focused on the home,garden, and "nesting" through the rest of winter-fun! I am excited to see all the treasures mt fellow vendors come up with-I am always a little in awe of the creativity I see.

This show I will be changing things up a bit, bringing a lovely selection of vintage clothing, hats and shoes to weave into my home decor items. Our "Junk Tribe" shoppers have been asking me for vintage[something I do at other shows], so their wish is my comand!

WILL YOU MARRY ME?

I saw this wonderful vintage ring box at a recent estate, and it had to come home with me. I adore the detailing around the velvet. I can just see the vintage wedding set sitting pretty in the box,surrounded by the lovely cut out design. they just do not do anything this lovely today!

This little gem will be listed on my Etsey site tomorrow at "Dreaminvintage", along with some intersting new treasures!
